:: Tukar susu - Sustagen Junior 1+ ::

Since Khaleef dah masuk setahun ni, dah lebih 3 minggu jugak sebenarnya aku try susu baru utk dia..sebelum ni die ambil Anmum stage 2 utk 6 bulan ke atas tu (lepas die stop bf lebih kurang umur 8 bulan lebih) masa nak proses transition susu baru tu, aku buat kaedah tukar2 susu tu laa..

Kenapa Sustagen? kalau nak cerita dari segi kebaikan susu, semua pun ok..ada kebaikan masing2..tapi apa yg penting, masa mula2 kita tukarkan susu tu, kene peratikan jugak die punye proses pembuangan tu lancar ke tak, badan die jadi panas ke, ruam ke, kurus ke, tu semua kene perhati kan lah..kalau semua ok, insyaAllah serasi lah susu tu dengan anak..mcm kes aku, alhamdulillah..khaleef xde masalah dengan susu baru tu..since kakak die dulu pun minum sustagen sampai skrg dah Sustagen Kids 3+, so kami dah terbiasa dengan product Mead Johnson ni..dah jadi ahli lama dah.. Smile

satu lagi sebab kenapa aku tukarkan ke Sustagen ni adalah, product dari mead johnson adalah antara product yg selalu offer mainan utk kanak2..hahaha..actually itu bukan factor penting, tapi u know lah, since susu ni utk budak2, so nak attract diorg minum susu dengan mende2 mcm ni lah..sepanjang sara minum susu ni, dah banyak sangat mainan yg die kumpul..tapi semua mainan yg berkaitan dengan pembelajaran lah..dan yg terbaru aritu, set utk penyediaan makanan..kiut sangat, mcm contoh set utk decorate roti (cutter) bentuk beruang, ikan, then ada mould utk telur rebus bentuk telur..mcm2 lagi actually..so bila ada mende2 mcm ni..membantu ibu2 yg buntu nak bg anak2 makan actually..mcm aku dulu, sara susah sikit nk minum susu..so everytime die nak main, aku suruh die minum susu dulu..ala paksa manja gitu..alhamdulillah..lama2 die ok..

buat masa skrg ni..aku xdedahkan khaleef dengan susu yg manis mcm jenis Vanilla tu..aku start dengan Tasty Plain,  which is rasa die xlari sangat dengan susu anmum yg die minum sebelum ni..so process transition tu berlaku dengan smoothly laa..xdelaa muka berkerut sebab xsuka rasa susu ke apa kan..dari segi tu, semua ok..lega dah..dan so far khaleef serasi dengan susu ni dari segala segi..harga susu ni pun ok, takdela mahal mcm Enfagrow..mcm sara awal2 dulu die minum Enfagrow, mak aih..kopak poket..hahah..sustagen ok sikit..so aku decide nak teruskan je susu ni sampai die besar..mcm kakak die..sampai skrg xnak lepas minum susu botol..haih, dah 4 tahun kot..tapi just 1-2 kali waktu siang, dan sekali waktu malam..tapi die tukar2..kejap2 die nak susu vanilla, kejap2 nak susu coklat..so kat rumah ni kene selalu ada stok utk 2-2 tu lah..

hopefully khaleef ok lah dengan susu baru ni..insyaAllah..ibu malas dah nak tukar2 susu ni..leceh..nak check itu ini bagai..hahaha..teruk betul ibu kamu ni..

Ok, buat semua pencinta buku, ada satu Pesta Buku yang akan bermula pada hari ini,  1 hingga 10 Mac 2013 bertempat di Space U8, Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam..start jam 10.30 pagi hingga 9.30 malam..

:: Muka ibu tak cantiklah! ::

Apa perasaan anda bila anak anda sendiri komplen ttg muka dan wajah anda? tertekan kan? rasa nak nangis pun adaaaa…… kisahnya, pagi tadi masa mandikan Qaisara, aku suruh die bukak mulut luas2, nak check gigi dia..so muka die ngan muka aku mmg dekatlah..tiba2.. “Ibu, muka ibu tak cantiklah..banyak ulat” OMG! sentap nak oiii.. aku tanya, nape kakak ckp camtu? die kata lagi “muka ibu banyak kaler black” oh, ok..ibu pasrah.. Sad smile

actually apa yg sara ckp tu betul..sejak mengandungkan khaleef, muka aku naik biji2 halus yg berwarna..mcm pigmentasi tu kan..memula aku abaikan je dulu, xnak pakai apa2 product memandangkan aku tgh pregnant..so dalam hati berangan nnt lepas bersalin boleh laa g mana2 buat rawatan muka..tapi skang ni, dah nak masuk 4 bulan dah usia khaleef, langsung aku tak buat apa2 pun lagi..bintik2 pun makin banyak neh!

akibat tertekan dengan ayat2 sentap qaisara tadi, aku terus google apa masalah aku sebenarnya..dan yg aku dapat, masalah aku ni namanya Skin Tag..ataupun Tetua/Pigmentasi..ni detailnya :

Tetua ialah bintik-bintik perang kecil yang biasanya tertumpu pada bahagian di antara mata sehingga ke rahang. Dalam kes yang serius, tetua boleh kelihatan seperti 100 titik kecil di seluruh muka. Bintik-bintik perang ini biasanya mula tumbuh semasa pra remaja sehingga ke zaman remaja (kira-kira 16 tahun) dan boleh bertambah banyak secara beransur-ansur.
Tetua lebih biasa hadir di kalangan gadis muda dengan kulit yang sangat putih. Warna tetua boleh menjadi gelap semasa tertekan atau fasa haid. Jika tidak dijaga, tetua akan kekal selama-lamanya di muka.

Cara pertumbuhan:

1. Tetua disebabkan oleh kehadiran melanin. Faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan keadaan kulit ini termasuk keturunan, pendedahan pada sinar ultraungu, keseimbangan pH yang tinggi pada kulit, perembesan dalaman dan hormon yang tidak normal.
2. Jika salah seorang daripada ibu bapa pernah mempunyai tetua, anak-anak berkemungkinan mendapatnya. Tetua biasanya hadir semasa zaman kanak-kanak dan boleh bertambah dengan banyak semasa zaman remaja.
3. Aktiviti luar yang kerap juga boleh menambahkan peluang untuk mendapat tetua. Pigmentasi akan menjadi lebih gelap dan banyak. Sinaran ultraungu boleh dikatakan sebagai faktor utama yang menyebabkan pigmentasi yang teruk.

Kesan:
Sesetengah daripada kita mungkin berpendapat bahawa pigmentasi bukanlah masalah yang serius tetapi sebaik sahaja melanin mula bertambah dan bercantum dengan sel kulit, keadaan akan menjadi teruk. Pigmentasi akan bertambah teruk, ton kulit berubah, dll. Pigmentasi boleh dirawat jika rawatan tidak dilengah-lengahkan.

Aritu tercari2 lipstick yg sesuai utk dipakai raya..mengada x? ahaaha..lipstick pun nak matching ngan baju ko! jgn memain..baju kaler ijau, so mcm nak lipstick kaler coklat2 sket..kebetulan pulak, compact powder 2 way cake pun habis..aisehh..pegi ke guardian, cari kaler2 lipstick n bedak yg best...jalan punye jalan..sekali nampak ni daa..

lipstick die best..sebelah lipstick, sebelah lagi lip gloss..i likeee!!

cantik2 kan kaler die? aisehh..tapi xpe, time tu bajet2 sket laa..nak raya kan..so that beli lipstick ngan bedak je dulu..nnt2 nak rembat blusher ngan eyeliner die pulak..hehehe..
dan, dihari raya aritu, sy pakai product2 simplysiti, xyah tempek foundation dah, just pakai je bedak tu sbb bedak 2 way cake tu kan dah bertindak sebagai foundation kan..then, calit sket eye shadow, blusher sket, then lipstick + gloss siti punye ni haa.. i lovee die punye colour sbb coklat die lite2 gitu..tak suke yang terang2..soo..inilah hasilnyaa... 


muahahaaa..xdela cantik mana sbb model tak berapa nak cantik kan..hajatnye nak cantik mcm dato' siti nurhaliza..tapi nak buat cemana kan..hahahaa..tapi bedak tu mmg terbaiklah, tahan sampai ke petang, tak berminyak2 or bertampuk2 pun even dah sepanjang hari berpanas..
