:: Tukar company baru.. ::

Last week dapat email from HR manager..katanya ada mandatory meeting kat The Saujana Hotel, Subang..memula rasa cuak jugak..meeting apakah? then bila pikir2 balik..rupanya team kami di transfer ke company baru..actually mmg ada proses transition yg berlaku dlm taun ni..Xerox nak concentrate on their product, then they release us to another company, which is Cognizant..awal taun dulu semua developer team termasuk my team, GSK dah masuk Cognizant dah..dan team kami (tester team)mcm terumbang ambing sikit, since xtau apa berita..samada stay kat ACS, Xerox ataupun transfer to Cognizant..atau berkemungkinan juga diberhentikan dengan bayaran certain2 amount..gulp! yg last tu hopefully x laa kan..tapi ada je team yg kene benti..tapi diorg ok je laa rasanya since $$ yg diorg dapat quite banyak jugak laa..actually kan, aku kalau 3-3 kes pun xpe kot..kalau terus kat acs pun ok, transfer gi cognizant pun ok..diberhentikan pun mcm….ok jugak laa..sbb kalau benti, means aku full time biz aku akan bermula laa maksudnya..kene keje keras utk kembangkan lagi biz ni..plan nak cari kedai, kene mulakan dari awal nampaknya..tapi syukur alhamdulillah, kami ditransfer ke company baru, dan dapat lagi increment salary 8%..alhamdulillah…

so far katanya semua follow ACS..dari segi benefits (increment, bonus, insurance coverage) kerja pun sambung je apa yg kita buat skrg ni..dan yg plg best, dari segi working from home laa of course..walaupun desas desus ada yg kata nanti kami semua kene masuk opis, tapi so far developer yg masuk cognizant semua ok je boleh wfh mcm biasa..hopefully berterusan laa sampai bila2..hehehe..that’s y aku xkisah pun kalau stay ke transfer ke, sbb sama jek semua..yg bezanya cuma nama company.. Open-mouthed smile 

so harini kene datang opis setelkan segala mala mak nenek offer letter, handbook, sijil2, release letter..nak setelkan terus harini, so esok xde laa nak dtg opis lagi..penat woo meredah jem yg sangat teruk pagi tadi..(eleh, mcm laa org lain xmeredah jem kan..huhu..) anyway, good luck utk diri sendiri..xtau laa lepas abis projek GSK ni aku kemana hala pulak..hope transfer company baru ni jgn tension2 sudahlahh..kang xpasal huru hara hidup aku kang..huhu..

:: Kembali Bekerja ::

Kalau dah berseronok2 kat rumah dengan anak2 selama 2 bulan..mestilah rasa boringgg ya amat bila nak masuk keje kan? aduhh..apa2 pun, kene lalui jugak..harini 1st day keje lepas cuti matenity 2 bulan..kan best kalau company kasik cuti 3 bulan mcm keje gomen? hahaha..ni ayat org yg tak reti bersyukur..dah kasik mcm2, nak request mcm2 lagi..hehehe..

pagi tadi login email..check everything, tgk2 semua keje dah disetelkan dengan baik oleh teammate..alhamdulillah..terima kasih tak trhingga lah kepada Andy..katanya, dah takde kerja in hand buat masa ni..alhamdulillah lagi..so boleh laa berehat2 beberapa hari ni..pepagi lagi dah sametime (chatting) dengan bos, lps die welcoming bagai, and then die update status keje..so far xperlu masuk opis lah..sebab xde apa yang nak di hand over..syukur..huhu..tapi, still kene masuk opis dalam masa beberapa hari ni, sbb bos nak pass kan surat..memula mcm pelik jugak kan..surat apa? die kata surat adjustment salary..effective july, tapi akan dapat gaji bulan ni..Alhamdulillah lagi!!!!!! syukur2..baru je bulan 10 taun lepas dapat adjustment, bulan lepas dapat lagi..xsampai setahun pun..syukur sangat2..xkisah laa dapat berapa pun, tapi kalau dapat mcm taun lepas mmg kenduri laa saya!! huhuhu..seronok laa bonus taun ni based on gaji baru! Smile

and one more thing, sebelum raya ni jugak sy nak apply coverage ING utk khaleef..so nak tak nak mmg nak kene masuk opis jugak..dah company sediakan kemudahan insurans kan, so ambik je lah..dah request form dengan boss, tinggal nak isi, sign dan submit sahaja..alhamdulillah..

apa2 pun, so far still rasa ok lagi keje bersama 2 orang anak ni haa..sbb xde keje in hand kan..kalau buatnya ada keje nnt, dan nak urgently, mmg pening laa jugak saya dibuatnya nnt.hope Tuhan permudahkan urusan saya, insyaAllah..

yes, mama dtg esok naik bas..so sy kne angkut budak berdua ni ambik mama kt bus station sec 17 s.alam..haha..1st time naik kereta bertiga ni..1st time jgk drive lps bersalin..insyaAllah ok kot..mama dtg sini sbb nak buat biskut raya, oven die kt kampung dh rosak..sy mmg xsempat laa nk buat biskut taun ni..sbb ada anak kecik, and one more thing sy tgh sibuk siapkan order chocolate yg beribu2 kotak tu..alhamdulillah rezeki raya taun ni.. Smile

1ABAP Time/Payroll Developer

·         Must have experience with ABAP for HR (Time and Payroll clusters)

·         Experience in ABAP development. Must be experienced in BAPIs, BADIs, SAP Script/Smartforms, ABAP Objects and have good knowledge in SAP ABAP

·         Minimum 3 years of application programming experience in the SAP environment

2. ABAP Developers

  • Must have experience with ABAP for HR
  • Experience in ABAP development. Must be experienced in BAPIs, BADIs, SAP Script/Smartforms, ABAP Objects, ALE and have good knowledge in SAP ABAP.
  • Minimum 3 years of application programming experience in the SAP environment

3. Peoplesoft Developers

·         Detailed knowledge in the configuration and setup of PeopleSoft HRMS/HCM in at least two areas:  Organization Foundation, HR, Payroll, Payroll Interface, Benefits Administration, Time and Labor.
·         Application Design and Development Experience with PeopleSoft Tools, Application Designer, and PeopleCode

·         Reporting Development Experience using Query, Crystal, Trees and SQR.

·         Integration experiences - integrates and enable any third party software to work with PeopleSoft using Application Engine, Integration Broker, Application Messaging and Component Interface.

·         Relational database development and design knowledge - strong SQL skills.

o    Experience with UNIX, DB2 or Oracle is desirable.

o    Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, XML, and web client technologies desirable.

o    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


4. Technical Helpdesk Specialist
·         Thorough understanding of customer service concepts
·         Must be detail oriented
·         Thorough knowledge of time management techniques
·         Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and other system applications
·         Must have exceptional communication skills  
·         Work well in a team environment
·         Ability to work flexible hours, based on business need

5. Technical Helpdesk Supervisor
          Willing to work on a multiple task and work oriented environment
          Monitor and manage the daily task on all calls and emails received from Clients
          To perform random sampling of calls and emails of the agents
          Serves as a technical advisor to users with complex systems issues by resolving or conferring with technical personnel
          Provides functional and task leadership
          Briefs customers and/or management on the status of resolution efforts
          Recommends system or process improvements, including procedures, training, and enhanced documentation
          To handle calls and emails as and when needed
          Troubleshoots via the phone or via receipt of an email application operating problems and involves technical resources to ensure resolution

  • Optional ETL programming in Informatica, DataStage, Oracle Warehouse Builder, SQL Server DTS/SSIS (or other ETL tools). ETL tools training will be provided for those without this experience.
SKILLS:

The Candidate needs to:

  • Work well in a team environment, providing support to business users and technical staff
  • Have the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and end users
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills

Salamm....
opis aku baru kuarkan list of open position few days ago..banyak gak la kerja2 yg open nye..tapi mostly more on technical..developer..dan jugak banyak jugak yg nak kan experience SAP..bagus kan kalau ade pengalaman SAP ni..gaji pun tinggi..korang tgk la list yg aku bagi..kalau rasa ade yg berminat nak tukar keje ke kan..then ade pulak jawatan yg sesuai, do contact me..saje nk tolong kawan2.. :)

Functional Tester :
Requirements:


1. Bachelor’s degree/technical certification in Computer Science, Information System or equivalent
2. Minimum 2 to 4 years experience developing and implementing test scripts, and test cases in EITHER of below software development environment.

i. SAP HR (Configuration or ABAP programming or Basis)
ii. Peoplesoft HR (PeopleTools or People Technical)
iii. Mainframe (MVS/TSO/ISPF, JCL and CICS), with knowledge of DB2 database or IMS is added advantage
iv. Java (J2EE, JSP, Javascript, servlets), Structs, XML, with knowledge of web server and application server is preferred (Sunone web server or TOMCAT or JBOSS or Iplanet or Websphere etc).
v. Oracle (Database, SQL Statement, PL/SQL, SQL Loader), with knowledge of UNIX shell scripting is an added advantage

3. Effective communication, interpersonal, and planning skills.
4. Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of project team, users and vendors.
5. Basic understanding of code is required.
6. With Software Development and Test Automation experiences is a plus.
7. In depth knowledge and understanding of Software Development methodologies.

:: kembali bekerja ::

wahhh..pagi tadi nak bangun terasa sangat malas,ok!dah lama bermalas malasan kat umah sendiri,umah mama ngan umah mak..akhirnye kene pi ofc,lepas seminggu bercuti..malas nye lahaiiii..

banyak sangat nak update pasal raya kat sini..yelah, since 1st day cuti (18hb) aku tak online langsung..bukannye tak available, bole je nak online pakai broadband tu, tapinye..sbb bz manjang..jenjalan umah sedara mara..pastu raya ke tiga balik teluk intan pulak..jenjalan lagi..bila dah balik shah alam,bz pulak nak ngemas..adoiii..dah balik opis, baru la bole online..hmmm..


oklah, pasni nak update pasal raya pulak..tgklah nnt..insyaAllah..skang tak bole laa..kamera tak bawak..lupe..gamba tak transfer pun lagi..esok la ek..challoooo...
